How do you dispose of water from cleaning

You just pop the items in a basin of warm water and then the powder dissolves into it. You end up with something like sandy water. I just dump the water in the sink and wash the mortar container (I use an old cool whip container) and the bricks and the basin. The trowels have a wooden handle so I don’t soak them. We wash them off immediately after the project is done. I mix the mortar with a popsicle stick and that I just throw away.
