You still get a little of the raspy in high rpm and some pops when slowing rpm’s but sounds good. I used sleeve clamps and a custom built hanger to fasten it and it worked great! If this is what you’re looking for it’s worth the money. Easy to install, good sound, and good look. The flanges are thick and good steel, so you can weld pipe to it or clamp, or both. It's LOUD, but it's also a great sounding sort of lower frequency noise and doesn't get an irritating pitch at speed. Great value. I installed this in place of the muffler on my 99' Ram 1500 with a 5.9.
