Excellent Product and Stellar Craftsmanship
Recieved my new coffee brewer in perfect shape and in only 3 days after ordering. Very easy to assemble had fun dialing in the right amount of coffee that works for me. Will definitely be ordering from Wilbur Curtis again as i replace all my aged Bunn systems.one note, while setting up the thermostat was not on, but troubleshooting manual was clear and easy to understand so it took less than thirty minutes to figure out my problem.THANK YOU WC!

Great for my small office space. there needs to be some kind of auto shut off as its easy to over fill this. I have had multiple spill so far

Missing critical parts!
Machine was missing necessary screws needed, the basket slide brackets were dented so badly the basket wouldn't come on or off, and the required flare fitting to connect the water line was missing so we had to pay a plumber 200 to replace the flare with one that fit.
