The product comes with very less expiry dates compared to the count. After receiving my product I know that item is not returnable. Very disappointed. Waste of money and time.

I'm surprised there are not many comments in here... I guess it's just because Australian brand and not as popular in the US. Well I first started taking it when I was in Europe, and had hard time finding it here. I really trust Australian people, and I'm very happy with this brand. I've been using this Omega for 2 years at this point. Every single day! I like Blackmores, I also use their Evening Primrose Oil for PMS symptoms, really helps!Since using this omega together with solgar D3 10k IUDs daily I really noticed some changes: my hair started growing better in the forehead scalp area, no more baby hair sticking out when I wear ponytail, baby hair has been growing longer which is amazing as I though I was just that way from birth. Also my skin feels less dry, I don't get terrible dry spots on my cheeks or feet. Who knows how many other things in my body it's helping with which I don't know or notice. And I know from some research that Omega 3 has been proven to lessen the inflammation in the body - one doctor makes his patients take omega 3 for weeks before the surgery and that has drastically reduced the post surgery complications. Look it up if interested. And Russian scientist believe you should take way more than what's recommended here, up to 5000-6000 mg a day. Knowing that makes me more eager to take it, I take 2 capsules a day. Although I hate how big are the capsules... I have difficulty swallowing them, but I have difficulty swallowing the smallest pills in the world too... so I just make sure to take with breakfast, so in case it's stock in my throat my food pushes it down! But I encourage everyone in my family to take them as all of our foods are full with omega 6 and we really need this balance to stay healthy. And I like that Blackmores has a lot of EHA and DHA in comparison with other brands, it's triple the amount. From my research this is the only brand that can supply 1500mg Omega 3 just in one pill, other brands give you maximum 1000, and you find out that serving size is 2 pills etc. Must be Australian honesty.
