My first pairs have lasted at least 2 years, although I confess I don't were it every single day. As comfortable and helpful as I have found after trying just about everything on the market. I highly recommend this. Turns out this is what my orthopedic doctor also recommends. It doesn't really correct it but it prevents the toe from going over the big toe. Just stand up before and after you put it on and you will see what it does.

This little toe thing saved my life! What the doctor gave me didn't work at all. My second toe was have pain on the top of my foot, and radiating up and over to my large toe. I do not have hammer toe, but was moving in that direction. I HIGHLY recommend this product!

Though it does what I needed it to do, the elastic around toes caused skin irritation and the base was uncomfortable to walk on. Very disappointing................good idea just not very comfortable for tender toes. Something like mole skin for loops would be much more comfortable.

My podiatrist doctor told me to wear on my left foot due to arthritis. I am amazed they do help. I wear them and they are what the doctor ordered.

. The devise was not put on a foot with two hammer toes.The force that is causing the toes to hammer is so great that to use this devise to pull down hammer toes to look like the picture you would have to practically cut off circulation!

Tip bends as the base is too soft. After several uses, got worse. Will glue thin cardboard to see how it works. Had better different vendor

This works really good and has helped both with my broken toe and hammer toes. Easy to adjust and you can wear it on any 1 toes.

I think this would be a really terrific product if the base were stiffer. It is not easy to get on but, that is my problem. The elastic could give a little more. I really do think it is helping but, I have only worn it for 3 days
