The denture will be inspected and if there is an additional damage on the denture, you will be notified prior repair. The cost of $99.00 is only for a repair of 1 fracture / crack on the upper or lower full denture. Got back daughter's dentures that did not fit no warranty. No recourse$99 initial payment turned into $700 + after they had them. Be very cautious with this supplier.

A bit confusing, bit customer service was helpful. Denture was satisfactorily repaired & mom had them back in about a week.

I went to their website after sending off the dentures only to find the same service is $10 less AND there is a prepaid mailing label on the site to use to send your dentures in. So even if you purchase your repair here, go to their website and get the free label to send off your dentures.Now the results: The repair itself is functional but the company seems to be lacking in the quality control area - the color of the acrylic used for the repair could have been better color-matched and they left a considerable raised area on the exposed portion of the "gum" were the dentures were repaired.The dentures belong to my elderly mother in a nursing home. Had it not been for the possibly short time she has left on this earth I would have returned them for grinding down the repaired area and re-polishing.Also, when they call to confirm your repair, be prepared for some upsale effort. Kudos for a good business effort on the upsales, but I thought it was a little much since the dentures were broken cleanly in half and it was obvious what the need was.

Fastest Repair Ever!!
I broke my denture on Sunday and had it back by Friday.This may not sound like a short period of time but I didn't find out about Denture Lab until Monday and I sent it to them Monday afternoon and received it back Friday morning. Not bewildered as yet? I live in the Caribbean!They received it the Wednesday fixed it and mailed it back out that same day. It is a permanent fix and it is stronger than it was as it has in wires to help hold it together.I would recommend Denture Lab to anyone and everyone, its the best way to go!
