Premier POS 20" Vertical Open LED Sign w/Wireless Remote

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My business has been open for 17 years. I have always used vertical true neon open signs that are very similar to the size of this sign. I prefer the vertical sign because it doesn't take up a lot of window space. I started to realize that every 2 years, almost to the date, the neon sign power supply would go bad and render the sign useless. The last one I purchased only lasted 21 months. I decided to try and find an alternative. I purchased this sign because, as I said, it's virtually identical to the neon signs I've been using. So far, I am quite pleased with the sign. It came with all the hardware to hang the sign and a remote to activate the sign. The sign gives you an option of being lit solid, flashing and also a speed adjustment for the flashing. I prefer solid because I find the flashing to be tacky and distracting, personally. I used some double sided tape to mount the remote right above my desk which is in clear line of the sign just so I can switch it on/off while working at my desk. It has an arrow up and down also on the remote which I have to assume is for the flash speed adjustment. The remote on/off is a nice feature. The only reason I am rating the sign at 4 stars is because so far, and very randomly, after the sign has been on for a few hours, it starts to go into the flash sequence. It's not a huge deal. I just walk over to the sign and turn the flashing sequence off but I'm not sure why it would do this. if it continues to do this regularly, it might be somewhat annoying but not a huge issue for me.*** UPDATE*** The sign continued to go into flash mode, so finally, I took some time, one day, to see if there was something causing it. Checked for interference from my overhead door remote, cable remote, etc. Sure enough. Whenever I raise the volume on my TV which is about 4 ft. from the sign, it goes into flashing mode! So, for now, I just have to be mindful of that! Crazy stuff!! No fault of the sign, obviously. So.....back to my only concern being the lifespan of this sign and if it will outlast my "new every two" neon signs. Only time will tell! I'll update if anything changes!UPDATED! Had to change my original rating on this item. I put it into service January 28 of 2020 and on June 5 of 2020 it started acting up. Unfortunately, the blue outlining LED does not stay lit the majority of the time. It will occasionally flash on and off. Really surprised since I’ve only had it about four months. We’ve been in “pandemic” mode so there were several weeks that I didn’t even use it. Disappointed, to say the least. Looks like I’ll be going back to neon. Video attached ...

I have bought several outside "open" lights for my carwash. this has been the best. It is still working well after several months of service. All of the others have failed after about 45 days.

Remote won’t work farther than 8 inches. Sometimes the button won’t turn it off at all.When it works it’s awesome. Speed up and slow down buttons don’t work at all and remote doesn’t speed it up or slow it down either.

Supper bright! At bight it stands out from the street! The remout is a nice fetcher. I did not think we would need it but i am glad we have it.
