I bought this blanket for my late senior dog who was becoming incontinent and we loved it. One side is fluffy, one is like a smooth suede and when folded in half it fit my three seater sofa perfectly. It looks like a normal blanket and not some generic pet product which is nice. It’s really good quality and unlike other waterproof blankets it doesn’t have that plastic sheet in between the fabric so there’s no crinkly hard layers which my dog was happy about. He had a few accidents on this and it didn’t soak through to the sofa, it was fully absorbent. Only thing to bear in mind is when this has been machine washed it holds onto a lot of water so takes a long time to fully dry (which makes sense as it’s a very absorbent fabric) it was absolutely worth the money and helped a lot in the last few months of his life

Good quality and fully waterproof

Great throw for the couch. Looks great, feels so soft to the touch and great for any spills that occur. Washing is ok. Had to spin it a few times to get out most of the water and turned it a few times during drying so cleaning is a bit of a pain but overall I am very happy with it so far.

Nice and soft for synthetic fibres. Feels lovely against the skin and whilst the waterproof layer is tangible it's not crinkly or scrunchy. Haven't yet spilt anything on it but I'm confident it'll hold up to splashing and spills. The stitching around the outside seems fine, I'll update if anything goes awry.EDIT: I have three now, had them for several years. They've survived medium spills and the way they hold the water when drying suggests a whole bottle of wine wouldn't be too much of a task.When washing, don't spin it fast, the water is just trapped by the waterproof layer. Instead, spin it on the slowest setting and then spin it again on a medium setting, hang it up in the sun if possible, you might need to ring out the corners occasionally. Only wash one at a time.Hope this is helpful 👍

I bought this product for our dogs who like to sleep on our bed. One is only a puppy and she had a couple of accidents before and I bought this is to save myself having to strip the bed if it happens again (ironically it hasn't)! The first time I washed this in the washing machine, due to the waterproof qualities the blanket washed excellently, came out clean and nearly dry! The water must've just bounced off it. A superb surpise! The next time I noticed a dinner plate-sized circle that was sodden while the rest of the blanket was a little damp. The last time I washed it the blanket needed spun several times as it was really very waterlogged and very very heavy. All the waterproofing appears to have washed off the blanket fibres. It took a long time to dry, unlike the first time which only took an hour on the washing line. That said due to the thickness of the blanket I do not think water/wee still would soak through into the bedcovers - it is really thick and very soft. A lovely blanket in itself, but that isn't why I bought it. So I think it still is very practical but I couldn't call waterproof anymore as water soaks into the fibres instead of sitting on the top. I think I may purchase an in-wash waterproofer and see if I can reintroduce the waterproofing to the product.Despite this, I would not be put off buying it.

We needed a waterproof bed cover, as one of our cats has taken to peeing on the bed sometimes. It had to protect the bedding, and be comfortable for us, as he's been known to pee on the bed with us in it! This is soft and comfortable, and even looks good. And two days after getting it, our cat let loose and tested it for us! I'm happy to say nothing got through the waterproof layer. The only problem is that after putting it in the washing machine it took ages to dry. For this reason I've just ordered a second one. And next time I may just sponge the affected arfea if possible.

My girlfriend is a squirter and can make quite a mess when I hit the right spot, often resulting in having to change the sheets and mattress protector before bed which is quite annoying when you just want to cuddle and go to sleep.This blanket is comfy to lie on and ultra waterproof and has taken everything she can throw at it and it doesn't seep through. Makes s3x ultra fun again as we can literally let it all go and have fun without any worries.
