Love it! It came quick and well packed.I've been taking bee bread for a while now and I can say it's really good. I become more resistant to colds and flu which I always got before. I don't know if it's because of this but I sleep better now as well and waking up more energetic :) one teaspoon a day gets me going :) highly recommend it.
