This is soft, aromatic, and flavorful rice. Very convenient one cup serving, but bear in mind that this has 37g of carbohydrates, if you are watching carb intake. I add a teaspoon of water to the rice before microwaving it, and I find that this gives it the somewhat sticky texture that I like. And pretty color, too.

Really good! My son loves this rice in his school lunch.
