20' paid for, but I only received 18' 10''
This strap is heavy duty. It worked great for replacing hail damaged straps on our patio chairs. I cut 9 straps 2' long and had 10" left over. (9 x 2 ')+10" =18'10" not 20'. I could have used the full amount that I paid for but did not receive.

Product arrived on time. I forgot to order the rivets, that's my fault. It would have been helpful to add instructions, thankfully another site had information regarding boiling the strapping first to make it more plyable. Overall satisfied!
