NuWave Copper 4 Quart Duralon Ceramic Everyday Pan with Lid

I love this whole line of cookware -- it has a quality feel and the coating is super hard while nothing ever sticks to it. I bought this pan mainly because it comes with a 10.5" lid that I can use with NuWave's 10.5" fry pan that does not come with a lid. (That fry pan, BTW, is awesome.) I'm glad that I wound up getting this pan because it's great for making simmer dishes. Just buy some chicken breasts, some sauce (like Marsala at TJ's), google up the recipe and in no time you'll have a delicious meal. Clean up is easy because you can just rinse this pan with a little detergent -- nothing will stick to it and it will stay looking like new.

My mother got one of these for me a while ago and it was used daily in our household. One of my friends used it for a casserole and fell in love. They were soon asking to borrow it! Needless to say, I bought one for them for Christmas and they are extremely happy.This is a perfect bachelor pan. I haven't cooked anything in it that I haven't been able to wipe away with a few paper towels. If I leave it out overnight after cooking a steak or pork chops, it just takes a little soap and water and it cleans right up.I highly recommend this pan! Easy to clean, easy to cook, good size, and will work on induction plates/ovens.

Good product it works well

I only use nuwave cookware. With this pan my food sticks. Worked great when I first bought it. Need a new one now.
