Excellent Experience
Working on a budget we took the chance on this used part. It was exactly the part we needed, and it seemed to be more or less new even though it stated used. And we got it ahead of the estimated delivery date. Great seller!

Poor build quality (same as factory poor build quality)
Garbage. The one they sent me was just as much of a cheap built piece of junk as the original I needed to replace. Poor contacts. Also, to charge this much for a $5 cable is terrible, but it’s all what Pentair is about. My Pentair heatpump is junk, their software is junk, all around not a good company. But if you have to have this for your salt cell (which is also junk) then buy it. I bought a brand new salt cell and it came with a bad flow sensor. Pentair has continued their downward spiral since Covid.

It's just nice to have it all in the same cabinet and ...
I chose to purchase all of the pieces rather than hang the external box on large Pentair enclosure. It's just nice to have it all in the same cabinet and behind a panel and not "stuck" on the outside as an add on. Costs a little more buying the pieces, but that's what I wanted to do. Everything went together as advertised the first time and is running perfectly. Pentair is a Mercedes Benz of pool equipment in my opinion and i didn't have any problems. Their tech support is outstanding, also and help me with the final software configuration. I'm an ole busted up fighter pilot in a wheelchair and the ability to totally control everything from my iPhone is exactly what I needed. Recently turned the Spa on and adjusted the temperature here in CA while visiting friends in Colorado. How's that for slick? If I could just get it to cut the grass......
