This was great. Made it so much easier to move my mattress. I went from a second floor apartment to a fourth floor walk up and my movers asked me to send them the link to where I found this. The straps held up, it was no problem getting my mattress inside, and took less than 5 minutes for my sister to help me get the mattress packed up. The bag still is in perfect condition and I have it packed away in case I need it again in the future.

Worked great to keep the mattress clean and protected during a move. It's a single use product and then gets folded up and put away until the next time it's needed. The handled were well stitched and held even lifting and carrying a heavy innerspring california king mattress. The material is like a very thick tarp material. I can say it did what I needed and if you need to protect a mattress for moving or storage consider this one.

They states on the manual that if you are alone to move your mattress, then it's OK to drag it on the floor. That's exactly what I did, because I had nobody to help me unload it, and despite the fact that the bag was damaged, the mattress was actually fine and stayed protected. Although, I don't think I can use it again for another move, so in my case it was a one time use item only unfortunately.Bonus point for being big enough to fit my Queen sized mattress AND my Queen sized memory foam mattress in the same bag!
