Good for at least wanting to cut back on vaping/smoking, I like it, definitely helps curve cravings while at work and cutting back. Works even when there is no flavor. I like mint vapes so the cool mint is perfect, I just need to find an alternative for the hand to mouth habit and I think I might be able to kick it!

I've been chewing nicotine gum for years, and this brand in particular for at least 1 of those years. It's comparable to most store brand/off brand nicotine gums imo, and gave me easier access living in the middle of nowhere. I was always very happy with the product I received and felt neutral about the price I paid (more than I can say for most things these days) That is, UNTIL my last order on 6/23/22. Immediately I could tell something was off, the blister packs felt slightly thicker, which is something you notice when you've been using the same product for a long time. Completely innocuous on its own, but things got stranger when I tried the gum. It was much harder than usual, almost like it was old (despite the expiration being 2024) or stored improperly. The flavor was slightly different too, it burned the back of my throat considerably more than I was used to, and even hurt my stomach. I was still willing to shrug it all off up until the point where I felt physically ill, and connected it to the new gum. Every time I try a piece, thinking "no, maybe it's something else" it makes me sick. I had a few pieces left from my last order (which was fine) and I compared the two. The pieces from the last batch (LOT L104874) never once made me sick, and are still not making me sick now, even as I switch them up between the old and new batch to confirm that it's actually the new lot that's causing me to be physically ill. On top of that, the old lot expires a year sooner than the new lot but feels fresher and doesn't have a tough consistency. Every single time I try another piece from the new batch (LOT L105464) it makes me sick. I'm entirely unwilling to continue using a potentially dangerous product, and I'm extremely upset with this order.
