Years ago our vet suggested glucosamine for our arthritic Sheltie. She went from lame to playful again. We understood the need for the vitamin. Several Shelties later, we continue to give glucosamine. We have tried to offer it in several forms - a chalky tablet, an expensive powder, or "hiding" a pill. Once I discovered these chews at a major Pet Chain, I found the perfect way to give 500 mg of glucosamine, although a little pricey.Our nightly routine is to let our pair out for their last potty of the day & reward them with the chew. They LOVE them! Each chew is individually wrapped to stay soft. The texture is like a real caramel - I stretch it out & offer it bit by bit. The scent is so good, I am tempted to treat myself. (I HAVE tasted it - and would eat it - but its not fair to them.)Searching Amazon for another pet item, I noticed these same chews* at a much better price.Now I order them on-line: No running to the mall area + saving money = Bow-WOW! *These Vitamin Chews are made by GNC, but their stores do not stock pet items.

I need an equivalent to this product as once again they are not available anywhere. I would like the same strength. This is a great product but don’t understand why it’s available and then it’s not. I ordered two last time. I should have ordered more I guess. Great product. Get them back Amazon.

I put my dog on these a couple of years ago when he started to get stiff joints with old age. I could tell a difference in a fairly short amount of time in his ability to get around better. The problem is, I believe they may have been discontinued because now I am unable to find these anywhere. I got a different version from the pet store from the same company that are now soft chews that I just started him on and am hoping to have the same good results, but it is too soon to tell.

This is an amazing product. Our dog (pointer) was losing her ability to run, jump and get up and down stairs around the time she was 10 because of hip issues - we started using this product and got our pup back! It takes a few weeks to build up in their system to work (just like people) so be patient. We've now been using this product with her for 6 years .... she's not jumping up and down anymore but she gets around pretty well ... I would never take her off this product! :)

Bought these instead of the usual way more expensive ones just to try.I have a little Yorkie so I cut them in half. She won't eat them, I have to crush it and put it in her food.She is much improved in her ability to walk and run. Also, this bottle is enough for a year. It saved me some money.I would recommend and will buy them again.

These supplements were decently priced, but my large dog has to have 3-4 of them daily, so they don't last long and don't end up saving me much money compared to the ones from our vet. They don't work nearly as well either. That being said, they do still help some as I can definitely tell the difference in my 12-year-old when she has had them compared to when she has not. So, they work to an extent, just not as well as others. She ate them without hesitating though, so that was good. I will never purchase these ones again though & have already found a much better brand for a better price.

My dog was off this for a few days while we waited for the new bottle to come, and I could really see a difference. The day after she started taking this Glucosamine-Chondroitin-MSM, she perked up. Am I reading too much into it? Possibly. Then again, it is a natural way to help your dog, and she likes the flavor (and our girl is VERY picky).

Product description says 60 treats, but what you receive is a trial size package of 10 treats for $24.00 . Very misleading. Sent it back and got a refund

Received it with less than 6 months of shelf life. It is ridiculous for my dog to finish it before it expires.
