Pure Vegan Liquid Vitamin D2 Spray Vegan, 1 Ounce

I'm raising my infant son vegan, and I give this to him along with a B12 spray 1-3 times a week. He loves them both and laughs every time I spray him. I bought a liquid multivitamin at the suggestion of his pediatrician, and the only one I found was goopy and gross. My son was not having it, so I am back to giving him sprays for now. But whoever came up with vitamin sprays, thank you! It is a great way to get vitamins into kids quickly and easily.

I will know when I get my blood work done if this product is helping.

Tried a D3 supplement- had asthma attack. This didn't cause an asthma attack. Haven't had D levels checked to know if works properly. I don't use this everyday- so I can't say for sure.

I didn' think I would find D2 in a soft gel, let alone in a spray bottle. I use it as a spray for ruff, or sun damaged skin along with a skin cream / moisturizer. I don't know why the D2 works better than the D3, but it does, at least for me. IThe sprayer atop the bottle is a little stiff when depressed and tends to dispense a little more than I'd like, but it doesn't get wasted. Just be careful. I'm happy I finally found what I was looking for - all Vegan D2.

This product is a must-have for those suffering from depression caused by lack of sunlight in the colder months. Also good all year-round for those people who don't get outdoors enough. It's safe, highly effective and considering how much money I've spent on other less-effective supplements, I think it's a bargain price. There are many other health benefits, but you probably already know about those. No pills to swallow, just a pleasant tasting 2-3 sprays under the tongue will do the job. Try it on your spouse! It's great!

Tastes fine! Only a little sweet and with a very slight, brief "buzzing" feeling on the tongue as it's absorbed. I'll use this combined with D2 tablets as I slowly increase the doses until I find that I'm feeling the way I did on my D2 prescription.

It has a strong taste with one spray. But, it’s not harsh. I would order, again.

I used this D2 spray for a few months with good results. The flavor is OK. I finally switched to a D3 version, though, and couldn't find one by this company. Too bad.
