Controller had an issue and I was pretty much just chalking it up to a loss, but the company immediately reached out and had a working replacement to me within a couple of days. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. The product itself, although the original was defective, is actually very sturdy and looks and feels just like the original NES controller.

Title sums it up.The controller is pretty close to the original. Color is a bit darker and the button are not concave for A and B which is fine but I would prefer to mimic the original. Durability of the controller feels as durable as the original and cord doesn't feel cheap. The cord used for the NES controller is a 6 ft cord which is great compared to what must be a 3ft cord used on the original.The Extension cables work great. I have tested it on my SNES classic and you can piggyback them to make your controller over 20 ft long. I plan to use the two extensions for both my classic NES and SNES for two player play but its nice to know you can connect them together to make single player cord longer with no lag.I think this is probably the best deal and its nice the NES controller is so close to the original. Ive seen 4 button options which just seems odd

So far so good. The extra controller is definitely a knock off. The color and the buttons are way off from the OEM controller. And what I mean by the buttons being way off is that they're super high above the controller. It works fine but its not like the original. The extension cables are nice and long giving you a good amount of distance from your tv/monitor. Cant say much about durability yet. they seem to be pretty well made but only time will tell. For the price and the extra controller, its a good value.

Upon receiving this product, I decided to play my game. Unfortunately after sitting down, I realized the controller was not working. So I decided to find out if it was infact the controller or the extension. I unplugged the extension and tried the 2nd one that came with this bundle. Same problem. So then I unplugged the extension and just plugged the controller into my system and it worked fine. I already had another extension cord and the controller that came with the system itself, so I also tried the extension cord that I had with the new controller and it worked fine.The controller is definitely a cheaply made knock off of the nintendo controller, but it works so that doesn't bother me or my husband. Again, the controllers work fine so I dont care if its original nintendo controllers or not.

The original cords that come with the NES classic are far too short to use comfortably. These extension cables are great and allow those of us who are older to sit back a ways on the couch rather than 3 feet from the TV like we did as kids. I also loved that they provide 2 Extension cables and 1 new game paddle. It makes perfect sense to sell them this way because the game system already comes with a paddle that has a short cord. Great product so far, I am very pleased.

This controller does not work at all. I returned the first controller as it was completely nonfunctional, and bought another thinking maybe it was a random defect. The second controller arrived and was also not functional. I know my system is working because I plugged it in a different controller and that worked fine. Cheap junk.

I was looking for a longer cord so I didn't have to sit on the floor directly in front of the tv to play. And a 2nd controller so others could join me. This was a great deal and I got both! The good news: the 2 cords put together allow me to sit way back on my couch or chair to play. Even one added on to the original cord allows me to sit in my chair and play! Ubercomfortable! The controller is just a tiny bit different then the original, its really not anything that makes a difference in the playing. The bad news - doggone it, I am not any better at the games despite having a longer cord, LOL! Guess I can't blame the cords for my (bad) playing anymore!!!!

The wire for the controller is ridiculously short. You really notice this if you have a large TV like many people do. These wires are absolutely necessary and work perfectly. Plus the controller that comes with, compared to controller prices which are all generic, is practically free. The controller I believe is generic but is almost completely identical to the original. Get this while you can!

This worked perfect for my application! Plugged in perfectly, added a second controller and extended the lines! If you are looking for the above, this will definitely hit the mark!

The customer service is superb! I received a faulty controller and the seller quickly replied me and replaced it with a better one.The quality is not as good as the actual controller but you get what you paid for. I don't have any complaint as long as it works.
