This is the best thing ever for knee pain. My husband purchased for me at Christmas after I had bought a different one that didn't heat well and had a clunky battery right where I needed the most heat. This one is light and easy to wear and you don't have to worry about a clunky battery right where you have the pain. This works!

Somewhat awkward putting on and finding the perfect spot. Also, the mesh material behind where the heat comes out can be itchy and uncomfortable but easily fixed but just wearing thin sweatpants. This can also fold up flat and used for low back or sciatica relief.

I use this all the time. This is a life saving product. I have issues with my knee being weak and not being able to support my weight. I’m pretty sure it’s pre-arthritis, so it swells and gets really sore. I work in food, so I’m on my feet almost my entire shift. Now, if my knee is bothering me, I can just plug this in at work! I can plug it into my car charger, and i can take it out in public with me if I have a power box. This thing is amazing. I am so happy I found this.

First off, the Velcro straps are so short that by the time I got it to wrap around my leg it was so tight that it cut off my blood circulation. NOT GOOD!!!!!Second when it did heat up on "high" it was lower then my regular heating pad on low setting.Overall: No Help At All.

Keeps the knee very warm.
