The holder is quality, seals tight and secure, is very light, and of adequate capacity. The internal diameter is large enough to accommodate the largest of my personal medications. It seals tightly and securely, so it works well for storing my medications in my 'survival' pouch (for when I am out in the field). It is very light weight, which is important when I'm backpacking and hiking (even just out day hunting). It's pricey, but I'm willing to pay the price for such quality.

The product seems well made and is very light weight. The seals seem to work very well for waterproofing. Only complaint was the fine threads can be a little difficult to align.

Well constructed. But pretty narrow may not work with larger pill shapes.

Admittedly I should have measured my pill diameters before hitting purchase; it is silly that I saw 'Pill Holder' and was like "that looks sleek, lets take it."Even in not doing my due diligence though, this item does begin 'Pill Holder...', which is the thing I was looking to buy, but the item's size is prohibitive for anything but the transport of toothpicks.Had I been looking for such a case though, this one seems nice. It does come with o-rings for airtight sealing and a conveniently fitted brush for cleaning.

The threads are poorly machined, period. That means it’s a pain to get the caps to thread back on....a real pain....a throw this in the trash pain! Three stars for looks material and finish....but function is poor.

Well it is a toothpick capsule, having the cleaning brush and extra oring is nice, but I would rather have seen thicker walls on the threaded ends

Doesn’t hold most pills that aren’t small dose and small size. Better used as a toothpick holder which is how I EDC it now. They should relabel it. Still very nice quality

Smaller than I expected but quality is there for sure.
