Supplements hard to evaluate clinically
Easy to take, non offensive and hopefully it helps but who really knows....reportedly may be effective against corona viruses....so with Covid 19 taking it just in case. Others have told us that after taking for years....they rarely get colds and have avoided getting the Flu for years...so we are trying it.

My basic cold medicine...
When I feel something coming on, I run and take some Elderberry syrup and go to bed. Usually that is enough to avoid any illness for me.

Good stuff for immune system boost.Any time I feel like I could come down with a coldor something I swig this and so far I haven't beensick since I started using it several months ago.I would recommend it.

We have not gotten a cold since we have been taking this.
My hubby and I have been taking this for 2 yrs and neither on of us had a cold. There is a lot people take this that I know.

Haven't had a cold in years
Having faithfully taken two teaspoons every morning of elderberry syrup for several years, I can say that it may be the reason I haven't gotten a cold since. Other people have claimed the same.
