Great oil, reasonable price for avocado oil. To some other reviewers.... just because it's a plastic bottle doesn't mean the oil isn't good. In fact, plastic is just as recyclable as glass is, and is lighter and therefore cheaper to ship. It's actually a more sustainable packing method. So thank you Prasada for your environmental consciousness. Will buy again.

Here are the things my wife and I like about this product. Tall slinder bottle that fits in our cabinet with being to bulky or heavy. Dark bottle keeps light out to help preverve the oil. Easy to pour cap for quick use. Cold pressed, so no harsh chemicals used or contained in the oil. Mild flavor that doesn’t overpower the food and it provides us with the monosaturated fats we want. Last but not least it’s bottled and distributed close to our home. Overall very pleased and will be purchasing again.DISCLAIMER***A previous review I read stated that the oil should be green not yellow. This is true, however, the color loss of probably from how it was stored during distribution from Mexico. The only thing that happens is you lose some of the chlorophyll. Which my wife and I get in our multivitamins so we don’t mind. Cheers and God bless!

I recently switched back to a modified paleo diet and am looking to try healthier fats. As a South Asian, I have been using Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and Ghee for as long as I can remember. While I love those products, they usually have a pretty strong (and delicious) flavor profile which is not something I’m always looking for. So this oil provides for a great alternative if you are looking for something without a strong flavor that still has all the nutritional benefits. Plus, I love the bottle—very sleek and an aesthetically appealing addition to my open-shelving kitchen unit! Will certainly buy again!

I use this oil on my face at night to keep it moisturized. I read somewhere that Lupita N'yongo does the same thing and her complexion glows so I thought "why not"? I only use a little at a time and the bottle lasts me for a long time. An added bonus is that it's 100% pure, refined, and cold pressed making it safe to use on my skin.

I have been using this oil as a replacement for Olive Oil for a few weeks and am loving it. Healthier than Olive oil and much better to use for frying with the high smoke point of Avocado Oil. The bottle is simple and nice with an easy pour lid so you don't have to worry about putting in too much. I have been using it on everything I would usually use olive oil for and have been liking it more. Mild flavor which is perfect for cooking.

We were excited to begin using our Prasada avocado oil as we had not tried it before. We were very surprised by how much we liked the flavor. It is amazing to use in salad dressings and provides a fresh, almost creamy flavor. We also used it in place of olive oil in a few other recipes with excellent results. The avocado oil is a nice change and healthy alternative to olive oil and we are looking forward to experimenting with it more! Thank you.

I wasn't expecting much, but I have to say - this stuff is amazing! I usually use coconut oil or olive oil, but I decided to try out an alt-oil. I heard AVO had a high smoke point so I gave it a try. First meal, and I was totally sold. Asparagus came out crispy and lightly browned and had crazy umami, at first I didn't attribute the umami to the oil, but then I pan seared some flank steak and it was wildly flavorful. Great product, I'm a believer now.

I wanted to try out some healthier oil alternatives and this oil is awesome. I've been using this on everything including popcorn and salad.It did arrive in a envelope, which was odd, but it arrived without any damage.
