It is a very sturdy material, not much stretch at all. Unless you wear it high, right under your breasts, it may be uncomfortable. Breakout Bras Customer Service 866-870-8911

Q: What size should i get if my waist is 35 Inches 1 month post partum?

If it’s possible then buy S and XS both. I bought them both and were really helpful. Else wait for a while and buy xs.. hope this helps.

Q: Can you wash this product?

Yes. I always wash mine on gentle and air dried it. Kept up through two babies so far.
