Great sofa! Well packed for shipping.
Our sofa arrived in perfect condition. It was REALLY well packed and protected, and each piece came upright on a pallet. We had ordered the ottoman separately and it arrived first, but was very poorly wrapped and did have some minor damage. I was worried the sofa would be the same condition but I was pleasantly surprised that it was annoyingly well wrapped. The mountain of wrapping took up our entire 96 gallon garbage bin, not including the cardboard which will go to recycling. The stitching on the back and sides of the sofa isn't laser straight, so if you are a perfectionist this might annoy you. Me, not bothered. When the pieces are connected together it isn't a very tight 'snug' fit, so there is a little wiggle back and forth possible. Again, if your need perfection, this might annoy you. As you might find in leather, the fabric for this doesn't have a 100% uniform pattern. It matches, but it isn't exactly the same. The COLOR is perfectly the same, I'm just talking about the 'bumpiness' of the fake leather. So in my book it simulates the real thing rather well.We just had our first guests over and they commented on how comfortable this sofa is. No need to prop pillows behind your back for normal sitting. This sofa isn't a 'lounger' at every seat, meaning if you want to slouch down like you are in bed, you'll likely want a pillow behind you to bridge the gap between the seat and back. This is good. I've had two 'slouchy' sofas and they are great if you want to be mostly laying down, but if you just want to sit up normally they are uncomfortable. This one is not like that. Great for sitting upright.Overall, I highly recommend this sofa.I made a video review that you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyAgJ1m_hr0

Super comfy, super affordable, and looks quite nice!
We've had it for about 5 days, and it might be more of a slice of heaven than a couch. Super soft. The microsuede looks like elephant skin - it has that chunky, comfy texture. The chocolate color is nice and dark. I chose this color so the spills and stains from my three young boys and two dogs hopefully won't show much! Seems to be good quality. Couch sections were heavy enough to be a challenge, but not so heavy that me and my 7 year old couldn't set it up while husband was at work. The feet are plastic, but I chose not to use the feet. I like that the couch sits flush to the floor. No yucky dust bunnies to retrieve. The accent pillows that came with it are actually zippered covers. Inside is just stuffing, but it would be easy to replace with an insert. Good to know the outside could be removed and cleaned if necessary. So far, I'm thinking I may claim the chaise as mine and only mine. It is so incredibly comfy, and for the price? I'm not sure we could've found anything more suited for our needs.

It's comfortable but firm and needs to be broken in
It's comfortable but firm and needs to be broken in. The material attracts lint and not easy to keep clean. Came perfectly packaged and undamaged and the quality is nice for the price. Looks good but harder to keep lint free and clean looking than I thought based on other reviews

We took a chance.
It is a scary concept, ordering furniture online, but I am so glad that we did. It has been a few months since we received this sectional, and it is holding up nicely. It looks great in our living room, it isn't that terrible microfiber that absorbs gross things, and the color really is like wet sand. I have already washed the cushion covers twice, and the wash up exactly the same as before. The fabric inside does fray some in the washer, but it is past the stitching, and can't really be seen. I recommend washing these with the zipper closed. It is super cozy. I have slept on it a couple of times now. The cushions are firm, and don't appear to be sinking with use. We have a 3 year old, two cats, and a 90 pound German Shepherd. This sectional is standing its ground. It was well worth the reasonable price tag. I would definitely recommend.EDIT: after a year of ownership, I have to Shang my rating from 5 stars to 2. The back cusion on the chase was not filled as thoroughly as the others, and you can see it in my original photos even. I thought that it would fluff a bit after being unpackaged for a while, but that never happened. It only got worse. My major complaint however is the quality of the cushion covers. Our biggest reason for purchasing this sectional in particular was the ability to remove the seat cushion covers, and wash them. If you have pets, and children I’m sure you know how appealing that is. Well we followed the manufacturers directions for washing, and I even covered the Velcro so that it would not get stuck to anything it wasn’t supposed to during the wash/dry cycle. I also zipped the covers closed. Despite my preemptive measures, after only one wash there was thread all over the place. I actually had to trim some of it in order yo replace the covers, and keep them from catching in the zipper. After the second wash, the black fabric from the underside began tearing at the seams. This is impossible to prevent. The fabric is just not durable at all. Even with the Velcro covered, it winds up sticking to other parts of the cushion cover. I’d also like to add that I washed these covers separately. We will probably try to contact Ashley and inquire about replacement cushions, and covers. I’m sure it will be fruitless, and a major headache. The last 4 photos were added with this edit one 1/23/2018
