I'm a 140-pound, male, 5'-7" tall with a slight build. The medium-small size fits me well. They stay in position well. Not as warm as I might wish. Would be great as sun protection but if you need real warmth, you might want to consider another source. I double up with another pair for colder weather. Note that there is an obvious error in the sizing guidelines for the L/XL version. A 26" bicep measurement might be a good fit for an elephant. LOL

Great fit

After 25 years in the electrical trade, I have shoulder/arm pain that keeps me up at night. Although these aren't intended as pain relief, wearing them at night has drastically reduced the pain and allows me to sleep better. Over the years, I've lost a lot of upper body strength and muscle mass but these fit me tightly. A younger, athletic individual may find them a bit tight. The upper arm band is a little uncomfortable at first, but it needs to be tight enough to keep them in place.

This is a very good item...I wear them when I play golf. They keep me warm while not being bulky if I were wearing a jacket. I had a pair from Nike; but these are of better quality and a much, much better product.

I purchased the L/XL - It's the largest size they have - these aren't for big boiys. I have 17.5" biceps and these are too small for me. Length, etc is fine.

seemed ok for suncscreen but not fro pressure sleeve. Rate just ok.
