M12 LED Underhood Light (Tool Only)

So far no issues but wish it were a little brighter. My cheap Walmart unit is brighter however the unit didnt hold a charge long so I went with my exiting Milwaukee system.

I don't know why it took me so long to buy one of these. You'll still need a good pen light to see into the hard to reach areas, but this takes care of 90% of your engine bay lighting needs

The battery life is not what I have come to expect of Milwaukee Tools. An 18V version of this light would be great.

This is a great light bar for working on big jobs. As a automotive technician with the focus of not having things in the way. I highly recommend this light bar. I do recommend a 6ah battery if trying to use it at its brightest setting for long periods of time.

I bought this because I really wanted an under hood/interior detail light. I own several m12 tools so this seemed like a good idea. I'm very happy with it. I have both standard and extended batteries and there are times i feel they don't last long enough, but that comes down to time use management. I love the ease of use. And when using on the ground it is very stable. Overall it's worth it if you're committed or invested in the m12 platform. If this is your first light and you own no m12s, this may not be your huckleberry.
