Awful shopping experience..!!
This is not a review regarding the product, it's a review for what I have received, a total scam and disappointment. I noticed Part of the inner slot was torn broken when I first opened it. I was kind of skeptical thinking it might be You a used and returned item. The first treatment serums was only half full or less which only last me 4 days to use, and I totally followed the instruction to use only 2-3 drops each time and I only used once a day instead of twice daily as indicated. Then, the second refill tube was totally empty, does not even have a drop in it. it is just an empty tube. I have the reason to believe that the item I received was used and being put back into the box, repacked and resell.I paid over $200 for this set of hair treatment, and what I got was a set of completely used and returned item. Shock and very disappointed !!!!!
