Golds Gym Thigh Toner Sculpt and Tone Your Thighs and Hips

Just received this yesturday. Used it a couple of diffrent times. Did most reps 25 times x 2. Woke up today very sore. This productDoes seem to work. Uses your bodies resistance which makes it a great toner. Easy to store. Within time and use I'm sure to see results of course you only get what you give.

Doesn't offer much resistance. If you're not really weak, this won't give you much of a workout. Besides that, it's made of plastic and looks like it could break very easily. That said, I do like the padding around each side of it. It keeps me from getting sore. Still, I wish it was a little more durable.

I love the bands and toner sculpt. It is really helping my balance and strength.

The concept is good. However, this is poorly made. The pads are cheap and it is uncomfortable to use. Feels like the pads are bruising my inner thighs, while the spring is doing NOTHING to tone them. Maybe if I did 50-100 reps it might work, but I wouldn’t be able to get past the pain of the pads on my skin. Waste.

I am not sure if Toner is helping. I try to use 3-5 times a day. Toner is awkward when placed between your legs or thighs. I need to give this more time to see if it is really beneficial.

I had one of these a long time ago and loved it. It definitely toned and tightened by thighs.

Good resistance and works well!
