I normally do not order plants online. I ordered these on impulse the other day. I am so impressed with this company. First off they packaged them so well that not a leaf was harmed. Second each plant was different and healthy! The box even sat in my mailbox for a day before I realized it was delivered. I would definitely order from them again.

Very well rooted, larger than expected. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the tallest plant arrived snapped in half.

If you have bought plants online or from a shopping site, you know it's a luck of the draw. When these plants arrived, they were packaged very well and still looked terrible. I was going to return them but they were only about $10 so I figured I would plant them and see what happened. They have done so well!! I am absolutely impressed. I guess if I was a little plant that was put in a box and then delivered by US mail, I too might be thirsty when I arrived. I have had them for 6-8 weeks now and they are so happy and healthy. I'm thrilled and would highly recommend them!! I would not send them as a gift because they look like death when they arrive. But they are hearty. With a little TLC, they will surprise you in the best possible way. At least they did for me.

I have a mixed review. They arrived, and looked good, but the stuffing used to pack them was totally intertwined into the succulents, and days later, I was still picking it out. Why they use pillow stuffing, I don't know? Must be a better way. They're much smaller than I anticipated based on the images in the listing, but I suppose if you measure, they're as described, so just be aware, OBJECTS appear larger than they truly are. They're a nice assortment, so that's a Positive.BUT, one of them went rotten after about a week. I DID NOT over water, and in fact, only watered one time when they were totally dry, as instructed. I reached out to the seller with an email, and never heard back. I looked and it was 5 days ago. I just sent another email. I'm kinda annoyed that I've not received a response as that's not the experience I'd expected based on reviews. I'm hoping I'll get a response and will update this review if I do. For now, I have one Rotten succulent :(

The plants looked sad when I first opened them, but a little soil and a spot of water they look amazing!

**Update**It has been several days. First, the company emailed me and offered a refund or exchange for the 2 plants. I opted for the exchange. The company apologized and seems more than happy to fix the problem. I appreciate that.Second, the other 3 are doing really well. I replanted them using the proper soil. They get a lot of indirect sunlight and couple hours of direct sunlight and they seem happy.I am giving them an additional star back, to make 4 stars, since they have been willing to work with me. Unless something goes horribly wrong I don't plan to update this review again. I expect them to send me a replacement that will be healthy.______________________________________I'm not thrilled with my purchase with Succulent Cult. 2 of the 5 plants are partially wilted and some black spots.The first picture is of the 5 plants.The second picture is of a pot with some dark brown pieces sticking up out of dirt. I can't imagine that is how it should look...?The third picture is of one of the succulent plants I really wanted, but it is limp, wilting and has dark brown dead spots all over. I am so disappointed.I went back to the product page and now it says "currently unavailable", so I am not sure if they had run out and threw in the nasty bits that were left over? I read many good reviews so I am quite shocked by the quality of succulents I was sent. Plus, dirt was caked on top of all the plants I gently tried to shake off the dirt, but then all the dirt pours out of the pot. I tried removing the plant and holding it in my hand on the side and gently shaking it that way, but the only dirty coming off is from the root ball. It is just sloppy packing. They were in the box, but not carefully wrapped.
