Works great
Needed cable extension when installing my vehicle dash cam. Exactly what I needed to fit inside the interior lining to hide the cable from view. Exactly what I needed.

Does not conduct all five pins
This is perfectly good for charging, or for standard data uses, BUT it does not conduct all five pins of USB. It does not conduct the ID conductor which I need for the external microphone for my Akaso V50X action camera. I don't want to be too harsh, as this is well made and will work well for 95% of applications, and in fact, I have found that most Micro USB extensions do not include this conductor because it is rarely used. Sadly, it does not serve my purpose.

Works as advertised
I bought these because of reviews that I read on the Kindle Fire - many of the reviews mentioned that the mini USB charging port easily became damaged or broke - So I decided to buy these extensions, and put one of them permanently in the charging port and left the other end loose. When I need to charge my Kindle, I plug the charging cable into the extension eliminating the need to mess with the port. Works great so far!!
