Love this.. so much easier to clean up after baking etc, easy to rinse, easily stored and the measurements in the side are a bonus when you are trying to convert into cups from ounces etc.. would recommend

Having looked at quite a few mats and their reviews, I chanced upon this one. The first thing to note is its thickness, it is a really good quality. It arrived in a dedicated box, not just a plastic wrapper. Once opened it did need washing under warm water to release the creases and remove any residual production line chemicals. After that...WOW!...amazing mat. It's a good size to cover the working surface, with excess to store your pastry trimmings around the edges. The measured circles are a brilliant plus point, and true to diameter measurements.When you place the mat on the surface it lies nice and flat, no wrinkles, and no matter how hard i pressed down kneading the dough, or rolling the pastry, it didn't move or buckle - result, perfectly plat rolled out pastry.It is a lovely heavy, large mat, so to clean you will need to develop your own technique. I wiped off any excess flour etc.., then took a wet washing sponge with a bit of liquid on and gently soaped it. You can either rinse the soap off by folding, running under water, folding again etc.. until all is ringed, or you can take a clean sponge, and sponge since and dry.Anyway, I can't praise this enough, it is a really good price for the quality, and I expect the quality will ensure that it will last me a lifetime :-).

This is a great mat. I always use one for pastry and this is larger than the old one that I had so I am very pleased with it. Easy to use and clean.

I used this baking mat to roll out pastry for a pie. The mat was a good size and easy to clean. I liked that it had the concentric rings as a size guide. It definitely made rolling out the pastry easier, in that the dough did not stick as much as normal. However, the pastry did still stick; so, for me, it was not a totally ‘non-stick’ product. I tried to slide the pastry off the mat onto a plate, but it was difficult for two reasons: the dough was still sticking to the mat and so would not slide easily; and, the mat was floppy and so it was difficult to manipulate it to ease the dough off the mat. I think that I would find it easier to use if the mat was thicker and firmer (more rigid), so that it would hold it’s shape. And, if it’s ‘non-stick’ aspect could be enhanced, that would help too.

When i opened the package, you could tell straight away the high quality of this mat is. Highly recommend

I make white/wholemeal bread and Challah. This mat is fantastic. Dough does not stick, easy to clean with a damp cloth. Rolling dough into shapes is so easy now. No need to flour/oil your hands or surface.Highly Recommend this to everyone who loves to bake.

This mat is a great size and made of good heavy duty material, so stays in place when using on the counter top. Would recommend.

Great size and very surprised that when rolling pastry , Doug doesn’t stick as much . Great for rolling icing for wedding cakes. Couldn’t be happier. Plus very easy to clean and can be folded to store away

Genial - diese Backunterlage von SUPER KITCHEN - nichts klebt mehr an, von der Größe her auch für viel Brot-oder Panettone-Teig geeignet und schnell zu reinigen. Zu dem Preis - was will Frau/Mann mehr?!

Super groß, so können Kinder wirklich toll mit helfen und es geht quasi Nix daneben. Reinigung ist Mega easy - hat auch nichts gerochen als sie ankam.Absolute Empfehlung!

Super ,de bonne qualité ,usage très facile ,hyper pratique, facile a nettoyer, fini la farine partout sur la table et plan de travail, tout reste bien sur le tapis ! je ne m'en passe plus ,je suis ravie !
