As described - good gear
Work?well. Easy to pair, clear sound, simple controls. Very light. Stay in position but are very comfortable. Can be very loud if you want but at lower volume you can get the right balance between headphone sound and external noise. Able to play music and have a conversation wearing them - strange at first but convenient. Wear them for running in order to have music and be aware of cars or other people speaking. Came with charging lead in one case and headphones in another case. Both cases seem good quality and protective. They are not noise cancelling but I didn’t want to down grade the overall score .... Highly recommended.

Most impressed I've been with an piece of running kit
Was really in two minds about buying these due to the cost and not having tried bone conductive tech before. I do a lot of running at night around places I don't know well (I travel for business) so don't like to be blocked off from whats going on around me. Did lots of reading up and it seemed like you you got what you paid for with bone conductive headphones, AfterShokz got the best reviews but took me a while to decide between the Titanium and Air, in the end went for the air as it was a newer product and weight seemed to make a difference. Having spent £150 was really excited to try them and took a gamble and tried them for the first time on a 20 mile run (took the case so I could take them off if I needed to) and WOW. They are so light and comfortable that I had no idea I had them on. Sound quality was better than I expected - I was listening to podcasts not music with a heavy bass element.Have tried lots of bluetooth headphones and I find normally after a few miles my ears get sweaty and I have to take earbud style headphones out and dry etc then they never stay in again, also I often found myself taking one earbud out to be able to hear traffic etc with the AfterShokz these issues just go away - Brilliant. Also used for calls and people were impressed with the quality.

Quality headset, you know what’s happening around you
Very nicely presented, a lot of thought has been given to how the headphone are packaged and presented, to me that’s a good sign that some though went into the actual product.Firstly remember these are bone conduction headphones, I am comparing them to normal in ear / over ear headphonesThe sound is clear and load, it’s not at all tinny however there isn’t a huge amount of bass, there is some but not a lot compared to traditional headphones and that is expected. The headphones are well made and good quality, covered with a pleasant no slip soft rubber type material, the buttons and access to the charge port will be fiddly if you have “fat fingers” for want of a better phrase. The fit is secure but I think wearing them on a jog would move them out of place, depends on the size of your head and ears over which the headphone hang. Charge port is micro usb, battery life is about 6-7 hours less if play loud. These headphones let you know what’s going on around you, so if you a baby or toddler napping for example you can hear them wake up, or if you’re on a bike you can hear traffic around you, the main reason I bought these for my better half is because we have a baby and toddler in the house. If you’re looking for big booming bass these are not for you, for sport I would say try them it will depend on the individual how they fit, apart from that very pleased quality product but a little pricey.

Pleasantly Surprised
First, the sound quality. I would rate this middling-to-good. In that past i had bluetooth ear buds that were reviewed well but the sound quality was disappointing. This put me off bluetooth for a long time and it was actually this that was the biggest barrier to trying these from my point of view. These are much better. The reason I put them middling is because they do not match up to the best wired headphones at this price bracket. I am not expert on how to describe sound quality, but the downside is that, for whatever reason, they do not have the full rounded quality of conventional earphones. Nevertheless I am more than satisfied. Now for the big upside. I run or walk the dog every day. I am concerned about shoving things in my ears for obvious ear-health reasons such as ear wax being continually pushed down to the drum. And running headphones can get a bit sweaty and all that. With these, no problem. They are comfortable and stay on neither too tight nor too loose. My ears are clear. The added bonus is security of being able to hear my surroundings, the birds singing and so on while I run listening to podcasts or whatever. There are a couple of improvements that could be made. The ability to adjust the overall size of the headphones would be good. Secondly they could work harder to reduce the over-packaging, more, use more sustainable material and so forth. There is also no real reason to have such small text in the instruction booklet.I should just say that some in my family found them a bit freaky while others immediately liked them - mainly because they sounded good and they could still hear the world around them.
