Buy this size of the gel and save some money. You will need the right gun dispenser that aids in using the tube, but that also is sold on Amazon. Great find!

Foster Kittens love this and will even lick it straight from the tube. A bit difficult to get out of the tube but just use a smaller syringe to draw it out and meter it.

I used this after my little kitten was flown from Miami, Florida to Albany, NY. Naturally, the little guys stomach was going to be upset. I used this two days in a row, once a day and a very small amount (size of tip of index finger) and it seemed to work as he was back to normal (or close) a day later. I will keep on hand and will use if every on antibiotics or just an off day.
