I've been using all sorts of stuff to fit in with my life I have joint problems and have alot inflammation because of sitting in one place for 4 hours a day, and then spending average 2 hrs on the phone sitting around. I do jujitsu, and a little weight training Nothing special about me, Mrs lately thinks Ive lost my mood for sex. I take these and guess what, my joints don't ache as much, I can roll for a lot longer and my recovery is good and I'm awake fresh in the mornings. And guess what, Mrs been alot happier. =J

This is useless product (placebo) I don't know how this product got all the positive reviews , I have been using it for two month without any effect , if something is just a stomach upset.

Made my husband ill. It gave him severe headaches and palpitations. We had to discontinue use and throw it away. Don’t buy!

Started to get allergens from it, spots all around my chest and stomach. Works only at the beginning but can’t feel it after a while. The plastic capsule tastes horrible and difficult to swallow.

complete waste of money , absolute rubbish

It seems effective but I need to use it for a while longer to be sure.
