I'm so happy with my handbag! It's a perfect size, and made with the same high quality as all other Baggallini products. As all my packages from Amazon, it arrived safely packed and concealed from wandering eyes. I have room for all my belongings in this bag. And it's weighted, dyed, and structured beautifully. Next I want the taupe one.

I can certainly say after a lot of research and finally choosing this bag for my personal item handbag when traveling via international flight and trains covering five European countries, it was a great choice.It is not too big, not too small. It has a wonderful trolley sleeve and user friendly front pockets for easy access for passport/tickets when maneuvering through airports & train stations. The two exterior water bottle pockets were user friendly and held my 20oz. stainless Brita bottle perfectly. It has a beautiful baby blue satin interior.I heard about it from a travel expert on YouTube. It is one of her favorites. I actually ordered several others prior to the trip, and returned them, but did think this one was the best. After 18 day trip all over Europe, it is a winner!

The convertible strap is a cool concept, but it doesn't work well in reality. This bag would be amazing if they just added backpack straps that could be tucked away and the shoulder strap could just function as a shoulder strap. It's not comfortable as a backpack due to the way the strap slides through the loop. Difficult to put on. I almost kept it because it's one of the only bags I've found that maxes out the Air France personal item dimensions, which has been surprisingly hard to find. However, when I packed my 13" macbook air into the bag (inside it's own sleeve, since this bag doesn't have a laptop sleeve built in), the water bottle pockets became unusable. This is a dealbreaker for me, especially when combined with the weird backpack strap issue. It's a great bag. So close to being perfect, but not quite there for me.

I ordered this because I needed a purse that could hold LOTS and convert to a backpack. I’m not a huge fan of backpack-purses, so I use it as a regular purse with a shoulder strap most of the time. However, I have a toddler and if I’m going someplace with him by myself, it’s way easier to wear as a backpack so I have my hands free. This bag converts from purse to backpack super easily. I love all the pockets and zippered compartments. This has become a purse/diaper bag, and does the job admirably.

I love this tote. Quality materials and zippers. I love the flat handle/strap for crossbody. Usually, when you have a removable handle/strap so you can go from arm bag to crossbody, the handle is hard to store. This one folds into its own compartment and the compartment snaps. This makes it so easy to switch back and forth from using the short handle to using the crossbody strap. The side pockets are great for drinks. The phone pocket is super easy to use. Love, love, love this purse.

Versatile. Perfect size for travel or even everyday use. lots of compartments, has free wallet with rfid to protect your cards, and lightweight. Will bring for my international flight because the dimension is good for any airlines domestic or international.I like it that it is not black inside. Easy to find what I need. I loved this bag but reluctantly returned it as it didn't work for me. It was difficult putting it on as a backpack when empty. It was also a little too wide for me & didn't sit low enough. The handle stuck up onto the back of my head & looked odd IMO. I also would've preferred interior slip pockets that were wider & more shallow. The color was slightly darker than in the photos. However, I think this will be a great bag for someone else. Lots of pockets, nice hidden cell phone pocket, very roomy. I also just loved the look of this bag.

The bag is very attractive, and great for travelling. It qualifies as a "personal item" on an airplane, but holds a lot. Easy to attach to a roll-on suitcase, plus the backpack option is convenient. And, it makes a nice looking purse/tote. The flexibility is a positive aspect.And Baggalini is always durable.
