Works for what its supposed to

Bought 2 of these for bo staffs. Worked fine. Added about 12 inches of Foam Tubing for Handle Grip Support (28mm ID 38mm OD). Put oil on staff to get the tubing to go on easiliy. Worked great after one use no sign of problems. One handle was just a bit little bowed, but can't get a better price for beginner. These are thicker than show bo staffs.

Item was as described. Genuine wood, of good density, so with it's diameter, not the lightest. Might recommend against if you have to clean overhead. It's sanded and finished with what appears to be clear coat, so easy on the hand. Dimensions as accurately described. Minor complaint is that the handle has a noticeable bow/curve along the length. I know, it's a broom handle, but it bothers my borderline OCDness? :) But it's excellent price for a length of very solid and sturdy wood handle (I'm not a wood worker, so can't tell you what wood but it has a light tan color).

With very little work, I was able to adapt these handles for a whole variety of yard tools. I like them because the wood is decent with very few, if any, knots or other flaws. The finish is also decent which is important for us because we store our yard tools outside, albeit under cover.

We bought a great squeegee to remove standing water from our patio from daily lawn watering. The squeegee didn’t come with a handle, and a long handle is not available in big box stores. This one is perfect. Strong and durable.

Solid. Stout. Sturdy. Couldn't resist giving it a few test swings and thrusts, got carried away and slammed it into a coffee table. Then poked a hole in the ceiling and broke a light. Nothing wrong with the wood but a few dents. Great stick. Love it. Maybe, one day, I will actually put the squeegee head on it.

The broom handle had an imperfection on one of the grains of the wood. It would/could cause splinters or get caught and cause the handle to break. It was not worth the hassle of returning, so i put some duck tape around it and is fine.

Purchased for a squeegee. It’s a wooden broom stick. Mine was perfect. Not sure bout the other reviewers that claim splinters or maybe hurting themselves with the broom handle. Probably not that handy around the house if you can’t handle a broom stick.

Would have been nice to include nuts and bolts

I purchased this to help my minions in their cleaning duties. As a motivational tool, it worked. A few whacks with this baby, and their reluctance evaporated like Fresca spilled on a hot sidewalk.Following several lawsuits and a crippling settlement agreement, I was left to clean the floors myself. I found that if I attached this to a Rubbermaid squeegee, it worked great. I can scarcely contain my respect for such a versatile and useful product!

Had a bow did not effect how I used it

Super sturdy. We cut and used it for a pinata stick. Little too thick 4 that but still ok. It's now serving as a clothes hanger in my laundry room
