This is the best shower hose I have ever touched. ABSOLUTELY NO nasty smell like all the other hoses I have touched. And talk about flexible? It is as flexible as a wet noodle. I just got this and have not yet installed but took it out of the very protective packaging and NO SMELL and it could not be any more flexible. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! If you need a shower hose do not hesitate, BUY THESE! Far better than the Delta $100 hoses. I am impressed and grateful!UPDATE So putting this on my bracket the bracket decided to leak. So I went to buy a Polished brass bracket but they do not seem to sell one though you can buy a hose, bracket and handle in polished brass. So I sent them a couple of notes and here we are and no reply to that note asking how do I get a polished brass bracket. I sent a note to the owner no reply. All this while I get multiple emails wanting to sell me more things and messages too. I get an email asking if I liked the support answer I got when the website did not work with Firefox but CRICKETS on my bracket request. If this is customer support it is misnamed and should be CUSTOMER ABUSE. I said in my follow up note they at least have the courtesy to tell me to screw off, but, nothing. If a hose is all you want then they are great. But if you have a problem similar to mine then you are out of luck. I am so mad I am going to cut the damn hose into little pieces and throw it away video will be posted to Youtube on my pals channel. If you can find another company with metal hoses that are truly flexible spend your money with them. Because even if their customer support is bad it won't be as shoddy as the treatment I have received.UPDATED UPDATE So posting the first update suddenly I hear back. I am offered a refund on the hose. I refuse the refund. Was not my intention to get something free. I wanted a polished brass bracket and the only way to get that is to buy a handle, bracket and hose. But since I am in California they can not sell me those in polished brass. My point in all this has been if you don't want to find a way to sell me a polished brass bracket then tell me screw off or some such thing. It is insane to sell polished brass hoses separate and not have the brackets available as well. Me I am just screwed anyway because of where I live. I just wanted a bracket that did not leak was durable and matches the rest of the fixtures in that bathroom. It seems that is just to much to ask in this day and age. I am saddened to find that there is no way to meet my reasonable request. Especially since I could not even buy a complete setup in polished brass here anyway. Sadly Polished brass has become passe and so here I am with a great, wonderful, super flexible hose and a leaking POS plastic Delta bracket.MUST READ HAPPY ENDING FOR ALLUPDATE UPDATE UPDATEFirst I am leaving the above comments in place. BUT I heard from the owner of Hammerhead. He was not happy at the treatment I received. A good sign. He said they have decided to now offer the shower hose holders in the other finishes they sell hoses in. EXCELLENT. Now you can get the holder if you want or need it. I have received the shower arm holder in polished brass and it is very nice. highly recommended. I did install a small piece of foam strip in the back of the bracket to hold the hose/head exactly where and how I wanted it to angle sideways to. Took all of 30 seconds. I suggested they include that with the holder. They are going to discuss that internally. I love the hose. It is so flexible and NO SMELLS. I was mad at the service I initially received but all has been corrected and I feel every one makes mistakes. The mark of a good company is to admit those mistakes and correct them. In this case that has been done and I am not only satisfied but happy to again recommend the hoses and also the shower arm brackets. I am sure their handles are good to but I can not get one to my taste here in California as we have forward thinking laws about saving water. So, go ahead, and feel confident in purchasing products from Hammerhead.

Why did I wait so long?!? Moen has gone to crap. The only thing they’re good for (Moen, Kohler, Delta, etc) is their diverters (my opinion), otherwise you pay a premium for now absolute crap products, like this kinked, plastic hose that kept falling off, no matter how much scalding hot water went through and no matter how many hairdryers or heat guns tried to heat it up. This Hammerhead Showers hose was super duper easy to install (took me literally 3 mins), doesn’t leak, looks like the one that SHOULD HAVE come with this very expensive Moen fixture and while we’re waiting for this bathroom to be remodeled, we can actually use this shower head and wand without it falling all over the place thanks to this awesome, economical fix!Highly recommend this product!! Great functionality, super durable and a great value and will be way easier to clean! Whew!

I have shopped for a longer hose for some time. Couldn't find one at three local store. Hammerhead to the rescue. 6 feet long, at least 1.5 to 2 feet longer than anything I have seen. The all metal construction will likely last a very long time. Pair it will the all metal shower head holder and you'll have a set that will last a lifetime. Have not tried the Hammerhead shower heads because we love the one we have but they likely are quality built too.

Great long shower hose. Good quality, very flexible and well done. Great packaging too . Excellentand give you set a spare gaskets. Will recomend and buy in the future. A little bit expensive but it is worth the quality and overal product. This it is the 2nd I bought to replace all stif and mold and mildew dirty hoses.

Ordered the excellent HammerHead bronze hose to replace the cheap strand of weird plastic hose that came with a new shower head from a large company not to be mentioned. It was a lifesaver to keep my spouse from being on the brink of uncontrolled anger after showering, which possibly leads to the possibility of bobbitt inspired bodily damage whilst sleeping. This hose is well made and I wish I had found this company earlier to check out their shower heads as well. Once the current head gives out due to the lower quality plastic parts that will be my first move.

Just received and installed it today, so I can’t speak to the longevity yet, but the hose is well made, all metal, includes rubber washers and great instructions. So far, so great!

This shower hose is the best! Doesn't kink and you don't have to wait for the water to warm up before you can move it freely like the cheap plastic hoses. Made in the USA and great products have made me a customer for life! It's easier to bathe the dogs because I'd the extra length, and it's doesn't stiffen up over time ama then try to run the shower head a different way when you're trying to straighten it out because, well, it moved!!! Trying to find the exact spot you want it to spray down is a thing of the past. We don't know why we didn't order it sooner! Also got the wall pipe and the shower head is next!!!
