I have been using a support for the past year and know the basic need for support and pain relief is paramount for me. It hurt, it irritated and it was not at all like i expected. I thought i would need to get used to it but never did. I had enough when pain got too much as my degenerative arthritis slowly got worse.I am a larger lady with ample breast and thought the supports were all geared to men.THIS support on the other hand looked amazing on the photos and being dearer i presumed would be quality. I was not wrong. It feels soft and spongy without too much mass. It looked right when out of the package for size and comfort.My husband helped me to fit it on and i put it under my clothes as an experiment. It was like putting on a silk glove......just perfect. The straps needed changing over for best use - easy done and then positioning and tightening to get the relief from pain whilst maintaining support and strength.The straps were gentle on my skin with no rasping sandpaper effect and the fit over my shoulder was supportive straight away. I dressed myself for first time in ages and even managed to put on compression stockings without help from hubbie.I felt empowered and painfree from this joint now. I wore it for first day all day and had a 3 hour sleep in afternoon. I woke without pain and could move easier to get up out of bed to sitting position without the trouble id been having.The velco style fasteners at the ends of the strap held without any movement. I didnt buy it for its hot and cold pack use but will try it in the winter.All in all i feel liberated and had forgotten how much i was struggling. Im hoping my hand will also improve now as the nerves in the shoulder run down to it and are complex.I cannot thank the makers for this wonderful piece of luxury as it really is superb. I shall now see if they make a knee support as my body is a boneyard of pain and immobility. My hubbie says any more and ill look like bionic man. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone out there who has pain from joint disease. Day two i put it on myself..........so dont give up hope. Respect Amanda R

It fits very well, I wore it over a T shirt first but it feels and fits better to the skin, I feel it supports my shoulder well but will find out in time if it helps me recover from my rotator cuff injury.

I have an old rota cuff injury and arthritis in shoulder. Was hoping to have relief with this support. Doesn't seem to support me right and no pain relief. May work for others but not for me.

Provides great support - couldn’t be without it when lifting or exerting

I've been having a lot of problems with my shoulder from doing some heavy gardening work and this brace has been very helpful. It's so easily adjustable (I bought a different one from a store and ended up taking it back as it was impossible to get the support I needed).I use it when working in the garden now, and sometime sleep with it on after a tough day.Totally recommend this brace.

This was much anticipated but , although I tried really hard , I could not get it on to be comfortable and suffered with increased arm pain all evening as a result if my efforts! It is designed to be put on one handed but it's difficult to put in the right position unless you have help - which I don't unfortunately.

Product good but no ice pack included and after numerous emails stated that no ice pack is included with this product but it clearly state in the last paragraph that ice pack is included false advertising im afraid

Does offer some support for my damaged shoulder ligaments, not too hard to put on by myself. Well worth a try for not much money

Hatte immer wieder leichte Schulterschmerzen durch Überlastung zur Unterstützung die Bandage getragen,mir hat Die gut Geholfen...Wichtig ist der richtige Sitz und die richtige Größe und natürlich die Gewöhnung,das die Bandage an der Schulter ist, und manchmal etwas zwickt... Ergo nicht zu fest ziehen...

Molto comodo e sorregge notevolmente la spalla, adattabile grazie agli strappi, un ottimo aiuto quando devi fare qualche sforzo con una spalla dolorante. Lo uso da 2 giorni e per adesso sono soddisfatto devo ancora testarlo a dovere. Il prezzo ottimo li stavi nelle sanitarie ortopediche a non meno di 60 euro! Il risparmio dunque è notevole. Consigliatissimo.
