Jolly PetsRomp-N-Roll Ball

It is for my dog. Wanted one larger and upon receipt found it smaller.

This is a great size Jolly Ball for your dog to play with inside the house (or out). My dog enjoys playing with the much larger version hanging from a pulley on the ceiling of her indoor play park, but that one is too big for the house. The only thing to know is that your dog will most likely chew through the included rope in a few days or less. The rope is basically made of thread that is twisted and weaved - like some rope toys at the pet supply store. I recommend buying marine grade or climbing rope - or thick, heavy-duty cotton rope - to thread through the center hole and tie in loops for longer durability and tug-of-war play.

Chesapeake ate this in no time but had a great-time until he destroyed it. Sadly we have not found a toy he can't destroy in and hour so, so for other dogs this would be a great toy. While it lasted he would carry it up the boat ramp, let it roll down the boat ramp to the water, run and jump in after it. In 5 minutes he untied the knot on the rope so he could use it as a ball for the boat ramp. He did the same with the first one we ordered. Yes, he's just that smart. If your dog can't untie knots or chew through thick rubber this is the dog toy for you. Our Chesapeake LOVED it.

Sturdy ball, Max loves playing with it. The rope gives some standoff and prevents accidental bites.

This was recommended for our breed of dog but she chewed through the rope in 10 minutes. Ball is in tact so we put a new heavy-gauge climbing rope in to replace the original. Not her favorite toy, but she likes it for interactive play.

I thought the ball was smaller. This is for large breed dogs not Frenchie.

Our dog loves this ball. It floats in the pool and makes a great swim toy, as well as a throwing toy in the yard. We've actually ordered several of them (because he wears them out). It's the one toy he will always go to. By the way, it also comes in different sizes for different dogs.

These are my dogs favorite balls, we have 3 of them. My only qualm is that the rope has come out on all three of them after about 6 months, but that's not surprising consider my two large breed dogs tug of war with them frequently. Even without the rope, my dog loves to toss it in the air and headbutt it. They are her favorite thing!

Not the same quality as before, my last Jolly Ball rope is in the same shape after over 2yrs that this one is in after 2 weeks. Sadly I don’t think it will last long. But the dog loves it!!
