I was so excited to get this sulfate free shampoo. I also got the conditioner and I'm glad I did. I dont have anymore hair breakage or hair loss since I started this product Called Hair Food. My hair is thick and silky. I teccomend this product to any one with hair issues. I will continue using this product no more trial and errors.

I got both the shampoo and the conditioner and both are great. I need only two pumps of each to create rich lather for the shampoo and to thickly cover each strand of hair for the conditioner. I love the fragrance and the products seem to do their respective jobs quite well. My hair feels nourished and soft without feeling greasy or “glued” down. I’m 65, so I’m dealing with aging, postmenopausal hair that is both thinning and frizzy. After using the shampoo and conditioner, my hair feels thicker. It is still frizzy, but I think I know why and I doubt any shampoo or conditioner could remedy the problem without making my hair feel unclean. (I think it is newly frizzy because my hair is normally wavy, but no longer has the bulk to weigh the hair down to “straighten out” the frizzy aspect.) So overall, I’m very happy with both the shampoo and the conditioner. My only complaint about the shampoo is that the lavender fragrance, which is what I wanted, was extremely expensive compared to every other fragrance.
