All products are not alike it does matter . And this has the quality .
My husband an I have have used ProHealth supplements for years and are always impressed with their high quality products, lighting fast shipping, and super friendly customer service. Their products are very good-they’ve been in business for over three decades, so they must be doing something right, and our experience with NMN Pro powder is another good experience. It's pure white, fluffy, and has a slight twang taste, not bad at all, but not tasty either. We take it first thing in the morning—husband takes a gram (about a teaspoon) under his tongue and I take a half a teaspoon (500 mg) in water or under my tongue. I top it off with another 500 mg of sublingual NMN later in the day by taking one ProHealth NMN Pro 250 mg lozenges. In this way I get a full gram of intake daily with an initial healthy dose of 500 mg in the morning and another 500 mg sublingually to keep my blood levels of NMN/NAD+ up for much of the day. I’ve read that oral absorption of NMN via lozenges or NMN directly in the mouth has been discussed as possibly being better than absorption from the gut, as sublingual absorption may bypass liver metabolism of NMN, which may allow more pronounced NMN and NAD+ production/absorption in other body tissues such as brain rather than just a big boost via the gut (going through the liver) in the morning. As with the other ProHealth NMN Pro products we’ve tried, this powder meets our strict quality demands, and my husband and I continue to spend a fortune(!) on NMN for two important reasons: we feel improved energy, vitality, and cognitive enhancement; and we believe in the published scientific data that indicates that NMN is the real deal when it comes to improving health--decreasing the risks of terrible diseases, improving gene repair and function, and doing everything we can do to improve our healthspan and lifespan. Eventually, of course, people will not die of old age…and NMN is the first great stride that scientists have made in that direction. My husband an I have have used ProHealth supplements for years and are always impressed with their high quality products, lighting fast shipping, and super friendly customer service. I think it really does work
I put myself and my dad on a regimen of this NMN and a resveratrol supplement, starting in mid June 2019. So here's my observations:Me: I'm 28, so I haven't felt much difference, and I take only about 300mg a day. I don't want to waste the money taking a full gram per day at this age because my NAD+ levels should still be rather strong. I have certainly noticed my nails being harder and growing longer, with nice, naturally white tips on the end - whereas my nails would grow long but break often and the tips were a nasty, uneven shade. I think this is the resveratrol, though, as it is a common effect. I've been on resveratrol for 9 months and NMN for 6 months and whereas my friends are noticing grays and fine lines, I haven't yet noticed any even though we all use retinol and moisturizer daily. I do think that whereas I started to see more puffiness and sag at my smile lines, now it doesn't seem so "bad". Still, that is a short period to use as testimony for its preventative anti-aging properties, so take from it what you will.My dad: My dad just turned 67 and has always had high cholesterol (>200); he previously had open heart surgery 7 years ago. After a life of labor work, he also gets achy and beat when he's doing something active like working around the yard. A year ago, I had given him some high-quality, sublingual CBD oil when it wasn't working for my own sleep issues. He took it and would ration it out for those days when he was physically active and it seemed to lighten the aches and pains and keep him going a little longer. So I also bought him another bottle of CBD when I got him the NMN and resveratrol for Father's Day.Fast forward to Mid October 2019 (4 months after starting supplementation). We have the following conversation:Me: Have you been using your CBD oil? Do you need another bottle?Dad: I have the bottle, but I haven't opened it yet.Me: WHY?! (the stuff was $100 for Pete's sake)Dad: Well I haven't really needed it.Me: /What do you mean you haven't needed it??/Dad: Well I haven't been feeling as achy and tired. A few flare-ups from my carpal tunnel surgery, but not much achiness.Me: How long has this been going on?Dad: I don't know...Me: Like the past 3-4 months???Dad: *thinks*..... yeah I guess so.Me: DAD!So that's how I determined it was making a difference for him. He also feels that when he healed up from his carpal tunnel surgery, the wound healed faster than any wound has in a very long time. He barely kept it dressed because it started really sealing up within 8 hours of surgery, and was entirely closed in a day or two; only the top layers of skin still needed to mend.Additionally, and more impressively, he got blood work done in September 2019 for the first time in 6-9 months. His cholesterol dropped 50 points with no other changes to diet, exercise, sleep patterns or medications. Just out of "nowhere".So. This has been my story so far. I think it is different for every one, and some people feel the effects more viscerally and some may see it in their bio stats, but I do think this really does something. Especially if my dad is forgoing a $100 bottle of CBD oil and dropping his cholesterol by >25% in the span of a few months.Update: It's late May, 2020. 11 months of NMN + Resveratrol. I still have no gray hairs and my smile lines are minimal to non-existent. Before NMN, every few months my dad would experience 1-3 weeks of just feeling absolutely awful for no reason - exhausted, weak, shaky, achy, like he got hit by a truck every day. Just miserable. Since taking this he has had no such episodes. He says he just feels a consistent "blah" - which honestly is a sincere improvement for him, since he was having these severe, elongated episodes and was tired more consistently even outside of an episode. I think he could be doing even better, but I do not believe he is taking the 1mg/day dosage I instructed because he should be going through two jars a month, and seems to go through less than a jar a month, which is mathematically impossible.

How ProHealth NMN stacks up vs my old supplier
Prohealth have a very trusted, solid, long standing reputation in the field of nutritional supplements and longevity products. They arrived as an NMN supplier later than many others and it was far too expensive, now they have moved to be much more competitive and so I have switched over from another US based supplier that also sells 3x 15g pots of NMN.Here's how they compare: ProHealth pots are smaller and much more appropriately sized for fridge storage (where NMN should be kept). The product quality is high and seems comparable to the rival. The price is competitive - albeit still too expensive for what is a vitamin B3 molecule derivative. I recommend this and my former supplier will need to do better to win my business back on reorder.

Love Product, Hope Price Comes Down!
Added this NMN, Resveratrol and Metformin to my daily routine for the 40+ Year Experiment on way to being Healthy2aHundred, since after reading David Sinclair's LIFESPAN, want to do what he says is doing for his family. Am happy that this company offers a larger quantity at less price (since started older husband on program, too), for now, will pay what required if any chance that health will be improved as we age. Was pleased that Sinclair said in book that Intermittent Fasting and High-Intensity Interval Training are things we already know work, since I'm doing those for several years now and trying to encourage our society to change towards more BlueZone type activities. Join me in yoga, meditation, balance and core-strenghth exercise and aerobics on my blog called Healthy2aHundred. Haven't added this newest twist to the blog yet, takes me time to figure out how best to present.
