I bought this item as a gift, he has tremendous pain in his left knee, and it really helps him be able to climb up the stairs he can walk better when he wears them, he's always on his feet for long hours, the only complaint was very minor, sometimes it slide down a little bit from above the knee, other than that, I highly recommend this product for those who are having knee pain. It keeps my knee securely in place while it heals, a little stiff walking but is comfy and doesn't ride up or down on my leg

I damaged my PCL last week. I haven't been to the doctor's so not sure if I partially tore it or sprained it. I play tennis at least 2x per week and was afraid to play because it hurts and feels unstable. I order the this knee brace on Amazon and wore it the next day after ordering. It is great - my knee feel perfectly stable and I can run like normal and am not afraid of injuring my knee worse. It slides a little but stayed on well without having to full with it while I was playing. It is fairly comfortable but never having worn a brace before, it is still a little uncomfortable, but I got used to it very quickly and am glad it is allowing me to continue to play even though I have an injury. It is well padded and well designed and the velcro is very solid and holds well.

Who would have thought that something as simple as a knee brace would get my husband off the couch and back to mowing lawns. Seriously, he's able to move around a lot more with this brace. I've had them in the past, but the one I had cut the circulation off to my foot. This one comes with a nice moisture barrier so regardless of how hot it is, the moisture is wicked away. Good value.

I tweaked my knee a couple of days before heading out on a family vacation to Legoland in California. Three days of taking nearly 20,000 steps, riding rollercoasters and other bumpy rides and I went to bed in minimal pain. The compression sleeve minimized swelling and made sure their was no skin irritation. The outer brace provided support, balance and stability through every single step. I wouldn't have made it through the park without them!

This splint is AMAZING. I have to walk alot. Since I recieved it about 24 hours ago, I went from knee locking up every ten minutes or so and constant pain, to knee only trying to lock up occasionally (hasn't fully yet) and little to no pain. Definitely will buy again as needed.

I have both Arthritis and a torn Meniscus and this brace helps with both. I am able to walk with severe pain. The brace itself grips onto you so it doesn't slide down. I do need to adjust after walking awhile. I like the sleeve that is included for the extra support.
