Very pleased with this for our tadpole tank. I spent far too long looking at fake rocks to find something the right height to sit above water level so baby froglets could have something to sit on above water level. And that wasn't pointy or sharp. It has some nice flat plateau areas for sitting on. A bit of an extravagance for our taddies. We did have a couple of river stones and used those as steps up to the fake rock. Have to say our taddies are enjoying the enrichment! They swim in and out of the holes and sometimes like to suction themselves to it and hang off it :-) This and some gravel have made them into happy taddies and they swim around a lot more and generally do more things. I gave it a good rinse in warm water for a while before using. Instructions say don't clean it using washing up liquid or anything that has formaldehyde in or it will go funny and make the water cloudy. Sounds like very hot water or sunlight is the best cleaner.

I had been looking for some time for some large rock like features for my tank but they were all so expensive. These were a great buy and look fantastic in my tank. I bought four and placed them so they don't look the same. You can have them anyway up or facing and they stack easily. There are lots of hidey holes for the smaller fish which one of the things I wanted to achieve. Arrived quickly, excellent purchase.

Pleased so far. Time will tell how long these last. Easier to clean than some. Quite good light colour but would have preferred an even lighter 'coral' colour. Stack well.
