I have not experienced any harsh stomach pains or explosive movements with these pills. I only take one at night and it gets the job done.

I didn't see much change while using this. I actually stopped taking the pills and it seemed like I had better luck dropping weight afterwards. It was okay, I didn't eat as much but I also was really strict with my diet in general.
