I bought this neck wrap in January of 2018. I was looking up this exact one to buy for someone else as a gift and figured for as much use as I have gotten out of it I may as well write a review.I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect neck wrap. I have both neck, shoulder and tmj pain in my jaw. I needed something that was long enough that I could lift up the sides and put them along my jaw, or that I could also leave down and would warm my collarbone area. This fit the bill and is very well made. Heavy enough so it sits firmly on your shoulders and allows the warmth to penetrate, but not so much that it is cumbersome. I still use it about 2 or 3 times a week. It has been a real lifesaver.

So amazing! Love that you don't have to hold it in place with your hands. Love that it doesn't smell. Love that there is a little weight to it, effect of a weighted blanket to calm anxiety. Love that there is a large portion to cover shoulder and back muscles... don't have to worry about positioning it just right because everything you want covered will be covered.

I just received this Heating Pad and I immediately gave that a try. I ordered this because I have recently had so many back and shoulder muscular problems and tightness, so after going to the doctor he recommended a hot/cold therapy. After a long research I found this pad that suits me perfectly due to its wideness and covers all of my shoulder and neck area. This is specially important since most of the pads I have tried are either to small or uncomfortable, after my first try I found this pad to be really comfortable as it doesn't have any sharp edges or stitches. Heating takes about 2 minutes depending on your microwave. One of the things I like the most is that it heats up just to the right temperature so I just find it pleasant to use without having to remove it and it really helps me to relax my neck and shoulders. On the down side it has a strong chemical scent that doesn't go away until 5 times after you use it.

I have been using heated neck wraps for migraines and I tried a lot of them and some of them heated well but I absolutely couldn't tolerate them because they reeked of herbs or flowers or spices! Many people who get migraines need to use heat wraps and many people who get migraines are highly allergic to powerful scents. I was thrilled to come across this unscented wrap since so many other wraps are heavily scented and would trigger a migraine instead of easing or preventing one. This wrap is fantastic. In addition to being blissfully scent free It heats evenly, is weighted just enough to help the heat soak in and it stays put. Love this product and highly recommend to anyone who cannot use products infused with lavender or rosemary or peppermint!

When new the smell was a bit strange but that dissipates quickly over time; mine no longer has much of an odor at all. Great fit for the shoulders, but I also wrap around my knee before running workouts.

The cells the media fits in are not completely sealed so the media redistributes to other cells from the top of the shoulders to the other cells on the back. The result the top of the shoulders are not at all warm since they are empty. Also since it redistributes, the back portion is too stiff and bulky. I’ll be trying a different brand.

I've used mine hot every day now since I've gotten it. I'm not kidding, so happy with it. I find I have to nook mine in the wave a bit longer than directions state, but I have a rather smaller one. I use it mostly on my neck/shoulders. I also have Endometriosis (extremely bad female cramps it works great for the lower stomach area, back, heck you can twist it so it's all those different products all in one). I'm taking back my sinus wrap I bought at a Hospital cuz it was more expensive than this & seller is very personable & friendly! Attt Jane!! :.)) This product also has no odor for those that can't stand that. I will probably buy some scented oils later.

It is comfortable and a great size, however I am having some trouble getting it to heat up enough and hold its heat.
