I like the robe..it's soft enough and I like the personalization option. I wear a large women shirt...this says One size fits all or most in description. It fits me perfectly but I bought one for my husband and he's a medium in a men's dress shirt and it is a little small for him. I happy with the fit for me but anyone larger would not be.My robe had some lose threads and I'm hoping it will be ok.

Overall this is a nice piece. Quick shipping, good embroidery work, good size...I just wish it was a bit thicker...its thin enough you wouldn't want to answer the door in it.

This is a one-size fits all type of garment. But seriously, it's for a Sumo Wrestler. If you are a very large person...XXX...this would be perfect for you even after the shrinkage after washing.

Not great customer service from seller. Can not contact them. It’s automated. I’ve done professional embroidery for years. Backing is cheep and not trimmed. This will mean after a couple of washes embroidery will not lay right. This is a scam to charge this much for something without advertising honestly about the product. The pic was black said dark gray is defiantly a medium gray. The material is thin and rough. Defiantly not 100% cotton. I have towels from target that are softer than this. So disappointed. The embroidery could be taken out of a garment like this to be returned because of the wide weave if they used a permanent backing. I got it embroidered because it was free. I feel like they do this as a scam so people can not return this poor quality robe they are over charging for.

Very nice bathrobe, the name was embroidered very well, delivery was super fast, even though I ordered it with the custom embroidery .Fits well, very comfy, and absorbs water, in case you forgot to dry a spot after coming out of the shower.
