The phone was very easy to set up and is very straight-forward to use. It is excellent value for money.

Took us an age to fit the Sim card. Working fine now but this was not a simple snap in and fit. maybe just a dodgy sim card but we got there in the end. I am fairly tech savvy but this was odd.

Its so compact. Fits snuggly in my pocket. Lovely clear audio so feels like my mum next to me. It has lovely torchlight so I can find my keys. I only wanted it for calls so it does everythink I require. Comes with charger an ear phones. I needed ear phones so a welcome extra. Delivery was prompt. Big thank you. Oh yes an comes with 10 pound top up. Bargain.

I had an Alcactel cheap phone for 10 years. It was easy to use and worked well and as I don;t want a smart phone tis was ideal. Unfortunately eventually I was unable to get a sim card for it so I bought this one. Big mistake. It uses a huge amount of battery. The sound is very poor and the design is awkward - quite unlike the original model. Once the money runs out, which won;t be long I shall replace it

BOUGHT THIS PHONE FOR BIRTHDAY PRESENT WAS TOLD BY MY GRANDAUGHTER THAT IT DID NOT WORK SHE PUT THE SIM IN THE PHONE AND GUESS WHAT IT DIDNT WORK WAS ASKED TO TOP UP DONT USE EE FOR PHONE USE SOMONE WHO IS RELIABLE PHONE IS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY JUST THAT SIM DOES NOT WORK THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT UNLESS YOU PUT IT STRAIGHT INTO A PHONE THAT AFTER 14 DAYS IT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY WILL BE ASKING FOR A TOP UP EVEN IF YOU HAVENT USED THE PHONE DONT BUY EE SIM CARDS ITS A RIP OFF

Very well suited for those with less than perfect eyesight, and great value.

Bought this so I could easily stay in touch with a friend. She loves it.Perfect for her as she only uses it for texting.
