Omg!! Life saver. Nights i need to go right to sleep after working nights this stuff 1 scoop in water about 30 mins and you can not keep your eyes open!! It lives up to its name "amazing." I wake up refreshed sometimes feeling slightly groggy but it doesnt last long and i have a good day.

This product tastes good and works amazing. I’ve used it for awhile and when my wife found she was waking too early or throughout the night I had her try it. We all know that we live in a nation whose doctrine is "bigger is better" and with that packages and containers are often a multitude oversized than the actual content needs. Of course there is always the reassuring comment that "contents may settle".This is the same with this product.When I opened the can I found to my utter surprise it being less than one third probably close to 1/4 full of what the can could easily hold. See attached picture, it was immediately taken after I cut and removed the aluminum foil seal.Sure, make a container bigger one can charge a higher price!

Stars are based on taste alone.Taste awful.I bought this to help me sleep better. All reviews state it has a tart cherry flavor. No such luck. Taste like green powder with a hint of cherry. Basically like drinking cherry flavored dirt. If it helps with sleep I will hold my nose and drink it. But be aware when you buy it that it's not tasty.I will say it works. It has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep every night that I have drunk it so far.

I heard they are discontinuing this and I wish they wouldn't. I really think this helps me relax at bedtime. I mix in some vitamin C orange powder with it as the taste isn't too appealing to me but with the orange added I love it.

Truly awful tasting warm in tea or milk. But there are good things in it. So I put half a scoop in my berry smoothies and it isn't awful. It has to be cold and mixed with flavorful things to cover that swampy taste. For me at least. I may even buy it again. I will decide when I finish this canister.
