Boring juvenile writing
The Kindle store suggests books based on your recent reading, and I generally like this kind of fiction. However, this book was simply terrible. The writing was just poor. The action scenes were boring. The sex scenes were boring. There was no character development.I will actively avoid this author from now on.

Good Start
This is definitely more raunchy than the author's other books but is mainly in the character interactions.I don't remember there being any descriptions of the bedroom antics that the MC gets into or the supporting characters. The only idea of what happened is really talk about it afterwards or jokes made at the villian's expense. The MC and his imp sidekick are a pretty funny duo with how they act towards one another. They have a good bro friendship and are always happy. The imp is a stoner stereotype, smoking all the time and being smart on the weirdest of topics. The MC is always in a good mood and just takes what life is giving him as it comes. With the succubi always in the forefront of his mind, it is hard for him to get upset unless he has to to use his powers. Just be prepared for a lot of frat humor between the two.The succubi are pretty much the stereotypical representation of them, such as always craving sex and being sexy as hell all the time. They help the MC develop his powers (yes through sex) so he can fight their demon pimp so they can stay with him.The book mainly follows the characters as they try finding a way for the succubi to stay with the MC.There are hardly any grammar mistakes with is a blessing. Can't wait to see how it progresses.

Terrible
This entire book is immature. The descriptions, the dialog, even the world building was completely immature. Some examples are:The best room at a casino hotel, that has $500 bottles of champagne is $250 a night. The author thinks an alternator starts a vehicle. The roommate of the MC blows half the rent money on a demon book and the MC laughs about it.

Promise?
The story has potential action and snark abound, sex scenes not so much. It promises much but doesn’t really deliver kinda like the super hot woman who only teases. Definitely a maybe on any more books

How very convenient.
What could have been an interesting story was rushed through the pages using nothing more than writer's convenience to advance the plot. The entire path to conflict with the first enemy should have been the entire story, allowing plenty of room to get to know the characters with a longer introduction, and allowing plenty of dramatic character interaction to let the reader experience a little back story before the big fight.Instead, what we get is about five minutes of setup, then "Bad Guy appears... FIGHT!"That basic structure repeats itself three times through the story. Also, for a story billed as 'raunchy' this was amazingly tame. What is this, fiction for 12-year-olds?

Entertaining book, It could have been better with a little more polishing. 3,5 stars.
The book is fine, very entertaining and funny. The plot isn’t very original, but is fairly good. The magic system is very creative and well done. The characters are good, the MC and his buddy are very funny and well developed. But the women are one dimensional; they are there for the fanservice and the needed exposition. They aren’t very appealing characters. There is a trend in these books, one I don’t like, that the MC embraces his new life –and all its craziness- at ones, without any hesitation. I understand this kind of book doesn’t have much depth, but the way they act is weird, and the quickness to develop and use the magic is too much. A person has to train years of years to master something; it doesn't use his recently acquired powers with mastery in a few minutes… and definitely not to defat a master daemon with thousands of years of experience. The last thing I want to address is the lazy blurb; I can’t understand what the author was thinking. Is he focusing on his established reader base? Because these crappy blurbs aren't the way to add new readers.

Willing to wait
I got this book for the amazing cover and people (even other authors) telling me how “adult” this book is and was sadly disappointed. The most graphic you get is the MC’s D* being grabbed and a “fade-to-black,” so I don’t know what people are talking about when they’re mention the sex scenes. Yeah, he gets laid, but so does James Bond and that’s PG-13. I’ve seen more action on teen drama made for TV.Character development is abysmal. His best friend becomes his “thrall” (for lack of a better of a term) along with the 2 succubi and the reasoning is ever clearly defined. Their power set grows the closer their bonds are. the succubi agree to be this guy’s new slaves are one night if sex. Thousand year old SEX demons thought he was so good they want him to fight Hell. And we know he was so good because they’re entire personalities revolve around their admiration for the dude. After this rocky start the plot finally makes an appearance in the form of a barely motivated villain. Their IMMORTAL former pimp. This book is slow and I’ve expected better from a prolific author. I’m willing to give the second one a read, but only if a real plotline happens. Otherwise, I’m just gonna enjoy the covers.

Poorly Written
I got about thirty pages into this before putting it down. The writing quality, pacing, characterization, and descriptions are all very poor, and I would definitely not recommend spending money on this. The only two things preventing this from being a one-star are that the plot is relatively original and interesting and the fact that I recognize readers of the "nerd erotica" genre probably care less about writing quality than most readerships out there. That said, if you want to read about succubus orgies, there are definitely better options out there.

Bit of a slow start, I guess
As an introduction to another of Eric Vall's series, it begins at a little bit of a sluggish pace, which is possibly its only crux - once you get over that, it pans out and around revealing a bit of a humerous read.Would recommend this, and the series.

Succulent succubi!
I had never read a Eric Vall book before this one but the cover looked interesting & tempting. So I gave it a go & I am glad I did. I confess my knowledge of succubi & demons is hazy, doesn't matter. This is a fun book to read. Loved it. Maybe we all need a couple of succubi in our lives?

Exciting and sexy start to a new series
This is an exciting book, building on traditional Judeo-Christian perceptions of the never-ending battle between Heaven and Hell, with a fine sexy twist! Highly recommended!

An excellent read
A worthwhile read but i kind of hoped for more sex scenes, i mean they are succubus after all, maybe I just know what i like.

Great start
Doesn't take itself it to serious which works super well with how the characters are described, bit more fun and humorous than usual which is a nice change of pace
