It works well and is dependable. I needed it to replace another cord that got damaged in a flood.

Works perfectly with both the laptop as well as the “docking station”. I bought this as my employer gives us only one cord for the docking station and the smaller lower voltage cable to travel with. I sit in hot seats in multiple offices and the smaller cord will not power multiple displays. So, this was a must and better valued option.

I was glad I purchased this so I did not hav to replace the whole unit!

The power block for my Surface Pro docking station went bad, and this was the direct replacement part. It is of good build quality, fits the proper plug on the docking station, and so far it does what it’s supposed to do without fail.

Worked for a little over a month and now doesn't charge. It still connects to my monitor for dual screens but it just stopped charging.

It works perfectly at a decent price. No problem since I purchased it 2 weeks ago. It is also much smaller and lighter to carry around than the original one from MS.

This unfortunately wasn’t was I was looking for for the newer surface pro model I had. Nothing was wrong with it just ordered the wrong one

I purchased this dock charge for my home office, but four months late, all USB hubs fail to connect, no power for the monitor light, cannot connect to the USB driver and keyboard/mouse.
